The foundation is based in Topeka, Kansas, but has offices in Kansas City and Kansas City, Missouri.
The organization was founded in 2003.
It was established to provide scholarships to students at Topeka High School and Topeka Community College.
It has awarded over 90 students scholarships since its inception.
